버지니아 주 헌법이 주지사에게 부여한 권한에 따라 Commonwealth of Virginia, 이로써 공식적으로 인정됩니다:

재향 군인의 날

왜, Virginia is proud to be home to over 690,000 Veterans; and

왜, throughout the history of our nation, brave Virginians stepped forward to serve our country, defend our freedoms, and preserve the liberties that enrich both this nation and the Commonwealth; and

왜, Virginians live in freedom today because of the contributions and sacrifices made by those who served and by their family members; and

왜, veterans and their family members are an essential part of Virginia’s workforce, including Virginia businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations that benefit immensely from their education and training, leadership skills, and dedication to mission completion; and

왜, veterans and their families are integral members of diverse communities, contributing their experiences, skills, and time to civic service and causes that make our Commonwealth the best place to live, work, and raise a family; and

왜, on this Veterans Day, Virginians remember that we are forever indebted to those who stepped forward to defend the blessing of liberty; and

왜, 참전용사들이 조국과 영연방에 기여한 막대한 공헌을 되돌아보며, 현재 국내외에서 군 복무 중이며 불굴의 애국심이라는 유산을 유지하기 위해 헌신하고 있는 분들께도 경의를 표합니다;

그러므로 지금, 나는, Glenn Youngkin, do hereby recognize November 11, 2022, as 재향군인의 날 우리 버지니아 공동체의 안전을 위해 모든 시민의 주의를 촉구합니다.
